The room and general areas of the hotel were all fine. The staff I saw were low-level. The front desk person at check-in decided that finishing her 10-minute conversation with a co-worker was more important than checking me in. Combined with the restaurant waitress with missing teeth and calling everyone, "Honey" I have a most unpleasant impression […] of this hotel. The hotel was located very close to DIA. We drove in the morning (5am), but realized their shuttle was operating and could have taken us, too. The pool was just right for my niece the evening before to enjoy before dinner and bed. Many restaurants close by in several price ranges, too.

I had the most delicious Asian shrimp salad and carrot cake from the restaurant. I took it to my room because the dining room was desolate - it didn't feel inviting. The room was lovely. It had everything I needed. Internet was easily accessed. The bed was comfy. The soaps/shampoos supplied were pleasing - not the stinky Ivory soap/shampoo-rinse-combination […] items that are too frequently found. The one-cup coffee maker was fast and made good coffee, but the supply of cream/sugar packets was stingy. Generally, the appearance of the common areas was attractive, but the carpet was worn. I was so thrilled that I had gotten this hotel. My daughter and grandson were coming to spend the wkend with me before I flew home. We ended up with a king and sofa pullout instead of 2 beds. There was a convention- CONSTANT noise until 11 :30 right UNDER our room the first night. It was 1:30 the second- then the yelling and door slamming after. Barking […] dog (1 solid hour) right next door. Manager finally came and heard it and tied calling the owners. These people were loud and rude the entire weekend. The hotels solution? "free breakfast was offered" SERIOUSLY??? Two nights of no sleep and you want to give me breakfast???? I would NEVER stay here again. We booked this hotel at the expedia "bargain price" and were treated like that. They gave us a handicap room with one double? bed, even though the parking lot was empty and the hotel seemed pretty empty. Also, it was on the street side and noisy. Glad we didn't pay full price, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone at any price.

I was able to get a discounted rate because I signed on for the unpublished hotel name/fare. This hotel is not worth the full price normally listed on its web page. There are many other hotels in this area. Next time I will choose a different one.

My experience here was pretty much "you're on your own." We had a lot of luggage and the staff did not offer to help us. We walked into the hotel room and there was a funny smell. The bedroom we got offered a "gorgeous" window view- the hotel's restaurant and lobby. I've never stayed in a hotel with such a window! I'm a person that needs natural sunlight […] so it was a bit depressing. Also, the curtains were lacking in material. Hotel curtains are usually two pieces, a thin see-through white material and a heavier curtain that you can slide all the way across. This hotel had no such heavy curtain. It was just the white thin piece and a decorative piece of heavy curtain. The heavy curtain was pulled to the side and you can't pull it across. So much for that. I felt like I had no privacy and that people from the restaurant and lobby could see into my room if they wanted to. Bathroom was fine. The closet is extremely small and it was near the entrance door. if you have more than one luggage, it will definitely not fit here. I booked this hotel blindly so it was cheaper than what they normally charge patrons. I would definitely not come back, will not pay the amount I did and will not recommend to anyone. There's a reason this hotel is not able to book all of their rooms, its nothing extraordinary. Read more

We accepted as a blind offer near Denver International Airport. It was a little further away that I was hoping, but the extra ten minutes travel on an early flight was not a problem. The rooms were very nice, computer access, and helpful staff. Our son drove in late and he had no issues getting to our room.
