Room was clean and very soundproof. Bed was comfortable. I was pleased to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The staff was pleasant and helpful.... I enjoyed the pool. Shuttle was efficient. However, I landed at 11:30pm and knew the shuttle picked up at :15 and :45 on the hour. I went to the EAST hotel shuttle landing outside the airport. 11:45 came and went and no shuttle. I called. The hotel said I had to be catch it on the WEST side. Luckily I was able to get one of the last shuttles. The hotel was nice except it was hard, very hard to locate and to drive to it. The streets were very poorly marked, the streets themselves were in terrible condition. When I was abot find the place it was after hours and no place to have dinner.

First & foremost, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. The breakfast we ordered in the morning from a door hanger was easy, hot & delicious & cooked to order. The bed was very comfy & the pillows were plentiful. The hotel was clean, but very dated. Given its proximity to Northfield, some renovations would make this hotel a fantastic place to […] stay. It was very quiet & we never noticed the trains that other guests had complained about. Our only gripes were the shower, it never got hot & didn't drain properly. I'm fairly certain the staff would have given us another room had we bothered to ask. Overall, the stay was nice & relaxing & we would come again. Not as high end as what we are accustomed to, but the hotels.com price was a great deal & we got our money's worth. Read more
