Everything was fine except the floor rug was a little stain,dirty old etc. I loved the kitchen inside the room. Never really stayed or knew any hotels... had full kitchen inside the rooms. We were very unsatisfied with our stay. We spoke to the manager and he was very understanding. We still however would never recommend this hotel. This was also my first room booked on Hotels.com.... not a fan!!!

I had booked 2 rooms, one for myself & another one for my parents. ?My room was smelly with cigarettes & had a terrible musty smell, and the floor was all wet from the dishwasher. I went back to the desk twice & the man at the counter told me he was the only employee there & he couldn't clean it up.I ended up cancelling the room & we had to stay in […] my parents room which was the owner's suite. I can't imagine what all the other rooms looked like if the owner's suite had a peeling bathtub.The neighborhood didn't look safe.We will never stay there again Read more

the pool was durty, towel not clean services very but i didn't like at all. and that guy told me that he did not clean the room because they didn't have time for.
