"Poor service here...!!"
Bar / Club was old and not well maintained. Bartender was the desk clerk and cook... Took forever, 30 minutes to get a beer. Ordered food, bartender left the bar to go cook it... Maid came to watch the bar but she could not fill drink orders because she was the maid... Seen the same woman later that night working the desk and running to the kitchen […] to get food orders... Very limited menu items, wings and bar food mostly. Food was expensive and poor quality. Thee hotel showed a full restaurant that no longer existed except for a place to sit for the free continental breakfast. Bar prices were unreal, very expensive and outrageous... Our room was on the 5th floor but all night long people were drag racing on the street below and the noise even up there was unacceptable... Will never stay there again... "Only if you can't find another place to stay"
We requested 3 adjacent or adjoining rooms, since we were traveling with kids. We got two rooms down the hall from each other and the 3rd on another floor! Staff said there was nothing they could do. They seemed disorganized and inexperienced - not apologetic or accommodating. The hotel is dated, but trying to upgrade. Lobby could be nice, but there […] is a nightclub right there (and a tattoo parlor in the basement, if you need that) so there were club-goers hanging in the lobby and smoking out front. The rooms seemed ok, didn't smell bad, and looked like they had been renovated somewhat. Bathrooms were older and our boys said the water worked opposite of what it should. In the girls' room, there were used tampon/pad sitting on the back of the toilet - ew! There were stains on the chair in our room and the heat/ac was hard to regulate. We tried the heat to take the chill off the room and woke up in the middle of the night roasting. Had to put on the a/c to cool down. In the a.m., I realized there were no bath towels in the room and had to call. That made us later to breakfast and we got there during the last 10 mins, which seemed to irritate the staff. When we were finishing, they came in and turned off the TV, I guess as a signal to leave! Quality Inns are usually a pleasant surprise for the $. Not this time! "not very satisfied"
The room did not smell fresh at all. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom...... The room was not very clean at all. The beds wer not comfortable, The dead bolt on the door DID NOT work! "conveinent but very dated"
The Hotel is ok on first entry, nice Lobby, but it was all downhill from there. Hallways ned attention as does the elevator. Room was clean nothing really wrong except it was a little small and needed updating. Bed was comfortable.. Bathroom ok but towels looked old and some had stains.If you go on a Friday night. Bring your earplugs and some protection.They […] were having what was called a letting in the Bar. I could her hear the music fairly clearly on the 3rd floor. Some pretty unsavory people in and around the lobby and in front of Hotel most of night. "Not very happy"
It was OK for two adults to stay there but you cannot bring the whole family to this location. We had a fly/mosquito problem in our room and had to go to the supermarket to get Raid and Cutter to make it through the night. On the plus side they had a good breakfast in the morning which it was unexpected by us. I hope that you will consider staying with us again. This past summer we had some"growing pains" due to upgrades to the sleeping rooms -furniture and brand new carpeting through out the hotel. This did cause a few issues while that was occurring but they since have all been resolved, Everything is in place and ready for your stay.

Room was a smoking room, requested non-smoking but none were available. Pool was cloudy. Bathroom had dirty cloths in shower. Room was dusty, and appeared to not have been stayed in for a while. "Quality Inn"
Not great. The only reason we chose to stay at this hotel was because we wanted to use the waffle machine that we thought was standard in a quality inn hotel. The waffle maker was out of order, therefore, the breakfast was horrible. There were cobwebs on the ceiling of the room and there were parts of the ceiling coming off. The pictures of the pool […] and the "pond" must have been from a few years ago, the flowers were dead and just did not look the same as the pictures. I was excited about staying there because the lobby was really clean, that was not the case for the room. I really wanted to give a good review but, I just could not do that. "No Quality Inn Lebanon PA"
Not at all impressed. They seemed to have 2 sections. I guess because we had a dog, they stuck us way in the back section. The floor was dirty, the shower was not as clean as I'd like it to be. The clock and light did not work, and the air conditioner was more like just a fan. The room was pretty darn small. For the price paid, I would expect more. "Horrible Place to Stay!"
The Hotel was dirty..I mean disgusting! There were stains all over the floors/ceilings and blankets. It was gross. The sliding glass door to the balcony was so dirty, you coul barely see through it! Then, in the bathroom, the lid to the back of the toilet was missing!! There was a dingy tray laying on top of it to cover it up!!!!! There were cig butts […] and beer bottle caps on the floor between the bed and the nightstand..and we were supposedly in a non smoking room. Just disgusting. I will never ever stay in another Quality Inn as long as I can help it. Another issue we had was when we went to check out. We waited at the check out desk for a good 15 minutes with nobody in sight. I called finally, and someone answered saying that they were in the back looking for something and to "give them a minute".!!!!!! There was an elderly woman in front of us in line who was using the counter to hold herself up! It was ridiculous! Then two days after I left, the hotel itself charged me for the stay, but I paid months earlier through Hotels.com!!! When I tried to get in touch with the hotel to reimburse me, I had to call for almost a month straight to get reimbursed.
