My friends had to wait about 6 hours to get in their room. They had requested a room near mine. They were told the room was ready abut when they went in the room it was defective. The room was very clean and had NO smoke smell. The halls did have smoke smell so I was a bit worried. The breakfast was great. The directions bring you to the back of the hotel and there is no sign. On arriival room temp. 80 degree. Asks when reg. to extend 1 more day. Came back next evening locked out of room. 2 trips to front desk. Get room open. "Staff needs a little bit of cheer"
Nice hotel, though the neighborhood around it (like much of Nashville traffic) can be difficult to get in and out of. Definitely come in on Maryland Way rather than Old Hickory Blvd. The morning we were leaving there was a road race in the area and were told by staff that it would be nearly impossible to leave between 6:30am and 8:30am, so we got up […] and left earlier than planned to beat the race.
