"Pictures don't do it justice"
The rooms were much better than expected. The master bedroom and bath were bigger than expected. Comfortable furniture and layout. TV's in every room was a great touch. Well kept hotel. "I was impressed"

"Very nice hotel but..."
Louie and Michael were very nice and went to the extreme to please the customer. However, several "little" things I found very annoying. Some you may find petty and ridiculous but, I don't have these kind of complaints when I stay other places: No TV Channel Guide. The one on the screen was inaccurate and the fact that you didn't carry HLN was extremely […] annoying. Other than indicating how to connect to the DVD player or computer, how the heck do you get to the digital channels. I found by mistake and still had problems finding channels. Also, sometimes, HBO was at 22...other days at 82 The cab your recommended didn't take credit cards. I took a train to Manhattan and when I returned, it took me an hour to finally find a car to take back to the hotel at 1am; because none took credit cards, including the one your hotel recommended.
