"Perfectly seamless trip...not a single hiccup."
We came down for a Lakers v Clippers game. We didn't want to deal with parking in LA and driving to Staples, parking again ect. This was super convenient for us. Our room was ready a few hours early, check in was super easy peasy. Our room was exactly as expected and the location can't be beat for taking in a game. Literally seamless. Everything was […] so easy. We enjoyed dinner at LA Market before the game. No reservation at 630 and we were able to order dinner at the bar. Jordan and Joe the bartenders were absolutely flawless as well. I was super impressed with these two. Check out and valet were equally as flawless. "Great beach getaway"

"Nice Hotel"
Great Hotel if you want to go to Staples Center or any of the many new restauraunts or lucky strike in that plaza. Only negatives... the suites and all rooms for that matter dont have Jacuzzi tubs.. or any tub for that matter. If you get a room with two double beds they say you can get a regular bath tub. I was disappointed since the shower was so […] huge they could have easily stuck a nice tub in that room. "New and convenient!"
Stayed here after our wedding for the weekend and the hotel gave us a complementary upgrade to a room on the 20th floor with an amazing view of the city! "Too many tourist"
Had to wait in line for check in and for the elevator. The lines for both were really long! I've never seen anything like it. On a positive note because an employee heard our comments of shock he took us up the service elevator. Wasn't pretty but we got up fast - that was a very nice gesture. "great hotel but..."
Great and clean hotel... great service always willing to help. But location wise... no other attraction beside staples and nokia plaza. 15 - 20 mins walk to train and macy's and about 10 mins walk to the closest convenience store.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
