"Affordable, close to city center"
This is a fine place for the people who plan to spend most of the time outside the hotel and only come in to crash on to the bed. The room (w/ private bath, queen size bed) was small but comfortable and even though you may not find all the amenities (like iron, hair dryer, safe, or even a closet) of a full service hotel, they were sufficient for the […] price. WiFi in the lobby actually works well. In terms of location just make sure that you are planning on walking north-east of the hotel in the evening - other than that, it is close to 7th and Broadway, and Pershing Metro stations as well as the Union Station (in case you wanna catch the LAX flyaway). This hotel, was dirty, smelly, the service was terrible, and the location is downright scary. There were homeless people pitching tents outside the front doors. I've done shared bathrooms before and they never bothered me, but these bathrooms constantly smelled like B.O. and had remnants of other guests in them. The parking situation is horrible, they […] closed the garage unexpectedly and we had to pay extra to park our car somewhere else after we had already paid for the "come and go for 24 hours" fee. Perhaps I didn't read far enough in the reviews, but I didn't realize the rooms didn't have air conditioning. I specifically booked one with a private bath, and the room itself was fantastic! "Stay - cheap and convenient"
I was very impressed with this hotel. We had a private bathroom so I can’t comment on the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms and toilets, but our room was nice and clean. I didn’t realise that twin beds meant bunk beds, but the staff were happy for us to put the mattresses on the floor next to each other during our stay. The continental breakfast consists […] or porridge or cereal with tea or coffee and can be taken back to your room. The neighbourhood is not the nicest but we had no problems at all at day or night. There are plenty of homeless people around but they don’t behave in a threatening manner. If you’re not used to seeing homeless people it can be a shocking sight at first, but I wouldn’t let that put you off staying at Stay. It’s great value for money and the location is very convenient. Da man læste anmeldserne, kunne man godt få et billede af et typisk hostel med trang til rengøring overalt samt elendig service. MEN det var faktisk komplet modsat denne forstilling , check in tog ingen tid, der var wifi i loungen og lobby samt lækre iMacs til fri benyttelse. Værelset var stort, fint som derudover blev gjort rent hver dag, eneste minus […] er varmen men det vender man sig til. 4~5성급 호텔을 갈 돈의 여력이 안되서 한인민박집을 가느니 이런곳이 훨씬 낫습니다. 이번에 한인민박을 갔다가 너무 불청결한 시설에 실망하고 엄청난 위약금을 물고 이곳으로 옴겼습니다. 쉐어드 배쓰룸인거가 조금 불편하시다면 금액을 10불정도 올리셔서 예약하시구요. 사실 공용화장실 진짜 싫어했는데 여긴 뭐 거의 기숙사뺨치는 시설입니다. 미국 대학 기숙사 써보신분들은 아시겠지만 엄청 깔끔하고 청결합니다. 냄새도 안나구요. 앞으로 민박집 절대 이용안하렵니다.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

パーシングスクエア駅から15分ほど歩いたところにある小さなホテル。隣にセシルホテルがあるので目印になると思います。ダウンタウンという場所柄、夜の女性の一人歩きだと少し怖い思いをするかもしれません・・・ クイーンサイズベッド（バストイレ共同）に宿泊しましたが、部屋はきれいで清潔です。wifiも完備されています。部屋に冷蔵庫がないので飲み物が冷やせなかったことだけがマイナスポイントでしょうか。バストイレは共同ですが部屋に洗面台がついているので特に不都合はありませんでした。 何より一番よかったのは、ホテルのスタッフはみんな親切です。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

프로모션 가격으로 숙박하게 되어 여러모로 만족하였습니다. 실내공간도 넓고 깨끗하고 무엇보다 제가 방문하고자 하는 장소들과 인접해서 좋았습니다. 상대적으로 평판이 나쁜 Cecil호텔중 일부를 Renovated한 것으로 보이는데, 성공적인 것 같습니다. 2011년 3월 현재 깨끗함과 호텔서비스는 만족입니다. 매일 침구류 정리 및 수건을 새것으로 세팅해두고 방엔 큰 LCD TV가 있으며, 무드등은 무척 이쁘더군요 :) 비록 샤워실은 공용이었지만, 제가 묵은 방엔 조그만 세면대가 딸려있어 간단한 양치나 손씻고 세수하기엔 전혀 무리가 없었습니다. 사실 프로모션되지 않은 가격에서도 이정도 수준과 위치의 호텔에 묵기란 쉽지 않을 것 […] 같네요. 그리고 오트밀과 여러종류의 시리얼, 티, 우유 등 아침도 요기할 수 있어 아침일찍부터 여행하는데 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 다시 LA를 방문한다면 이곳에서 다시 묵을 것 같네요. 참고로 호텔 자체 주차장을 가지고 있지 않지만, 주위의 유료주차공간도 많으며 야간에 무료주차할 수 있는 곳도 꽤 있습니다. :) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
