This hostel is in downtown Los Angeles, less than one-half mile from the Museum of Neon Art and one-half mile from the U.S. Bank Tower and the Los Angeles Central Public Library. Music Center and Disney Hall is within a mile.
Hotel Features.
Stay on Main provides complimentary continental breakfast each morning (served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM) and there are fitness facilities on site. Guests also have access to nearby helicopter/airplane sightseeing. This Los Angeles hostel has laundry facilities, multilingual staff, and tour assistance, and limo/town car service is available. Business amenities include one meeting/conference room, a computer station, as well as computer rental, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access is available in public areas and there are banquet facilities on site. Roundtrip airport shuttle (surcharge) is available with 24-hour notice prior to arrival. The hotel has designated areas for smoking (fines apply for violations).

Accommodations at Stay on Main are dorm-style/shared accommodations with city views. Rooms have private or shared bathrooms that include complimentary toiletries. Amenities include a ceiling fan, a window that opens, LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking stations, video-game console, radio, writing desk and speakerphone with voicemail. There are washers/dryers and iron/ironing boards available as well as wake-up calls and daily housekeeping are also available. Rooms are accessed by electronic/magnetic keys. "Great Concept, Bad Neighborhood"
STAY is great concept. Our room was small but we only used it sleep, shower, and get ready, so ideally this was good place to stay, especially if you are looking to visit the Staple Center or Nokia Theatre for an event. I suggest spending the extra money to get a room with your own bathroom and shower, so you don't have to share. "Nice place No Parking"
We really enjoyed the change from a Regular hotel. We did have a room with a shower and RR. The location worked out for us because we could catch the Metro just a few blocks away and get to where we were headed.The staff was great if we needed anything they would find it and bring it you us. The Ladies at night were also very good at giving us directions […] and helping us with the area. The only negative I could say is we had to pay $15 a night for parking and the bed was not the best. "Stay hotel Los angeles - Bad experience"
From start to end its very bad experience.. We strugged to check-in becuase we didn't know that we have to use Cecil front desk and elevator, etc.. then parking, no parking, we have to find nearest private parking, they charge $15 per day. So you can find better hotel if you add the $15 to hotel. I'm wondering why still they the concept of sharing bath […] room/toilet. I booked for twin bed room, when I see shared bath room, I thought its shared among us. Another comedy with cleaning room, they cleaned up all our stuff (some snacks, ear ring, etc) and when we were out.. Another bad thing is when I check-in, they charged my card $100 instead of just blocking the amount and releasing, they actually chared. 후기를 읽어보고 결정했는데..정말 후회됐음. 우선 위치는 최악임. 노숙자 얘기는 다른후기에서 많이 봤는데 '뭐~ 별일있겠어' 라고 생각했는데 막상 가보니...무서웠음. 남자들은 모르겠지만 여자혼자나 여자친구들끼리라면 절대 비추. 프라이빗 배쓰룸이 있는 방을 이용했는데, 욕실엔 곰팡이...옷장에서는 이상한 냄새가 나서 옷을 걸어둘수 없었음. 침구에서도 냄새가 나서 천장에 달린 팬을 틀어놓고 자야했음. 아침식사는 와플에 씨리얼 커피. 딱 이것밖에 없음. 기대는 안했지만 역시나였음. 다운타운은 노숙자들 천국이라 밤엔 돌아다니기가 어려움. 지하철은 깨끗하고 좋지만 역앞이나 주변에 노숙자들 밖에 없어서 굳이 다운타운에 잔다면 그나마 […] 지하철역 근처에서 자는게 낫다고 봄. 딱 하나, 좋았던 점은 친절한 프런트데스크와 로비윗층에 있는 3대의 맥 컴퓨터. 정말 가격대비 최악의 호텔이었음. Hotellet var fint plassert midt i downtown-området av LA, og i samme bygg som et annet fint hotell. Kort vei til kollektiv til de fleste bydeler. "Preis tief / Leistung hoch"
Dieses Hotel liegt sehr im Zentrum von LA. wenige Gehminuten bis zu Little Tokio, Brodway oder in die Kleiderzone. Mit dem Auto rasch in der gesamten Umgebung. Wir hatten KEIN shared Badroom. Diesen 15 Fr. Aufpreis ist zu empfehlen. Das Bad klein aber angemessen und sauber. Das Zimmer sehr schön dekoriert (wie auf der Internetseite). Da wir ein Zimmer […] auf der Schrassenseite hatten war es doch eher etwas laut. (Wie überall im DownTown wie ich denke, da sie Isolationsfenster nicht kennen. Wir hatten keine Klimaanlage dafür einen Fentilator der die Arbeit sehr gut erfüllt hat. Wir waren 6 Tage in diesem Hottel und wären gerne länger geblieben. Mit diesem Hotel macht man nichts falsch. Man kann natürlich nicht ein Luxushotel erwarten aber eine Absteige ist es auch nicht. Die Gäste dort sind echt cool drauf und sehr freundlich. Preis top Leistung Top.
