Shuttle pick up from the airport was dreadfully slow. I waited for about 45minutes, but ran into someone who had been waiting 2 hours for the shuttle. Other than the slow airport pickup the motel is a great cheap place to stay before your next day flight. The room was clean and comfortable. This chain is always not bad. This iteration was beneath contempt. Threadbare towels and NO PLACE TO HANG ANYTHING. Not a closet. Not a hook. Not a hanger. The only good thing I can say is this hotel was convenient to the airport...that's it.

I stayed due to a seminar at the Renaissance Hotel next door. Super 8 is much cheaper, has FREE parking for guests. Breakfast comes with room - cereal, muffins, juice. Even has a small swimming pool and laundry. This was the PERFECT location and value for attending a conference at the Renesaince Hotel one block away. You need to be OK with some landing airplanes that are almost directly overhead; we had no problem sleeping. EXCELLENT Greek restaurant next door (closed Sundays).

Friendly staff. Across the street from car rental lots (directly across from Avis). Slow and often unavailable Internet. No cell service in room (Verizon). Planes overhead every 10 minutes. Not the best neighborhood, but car and room felt safe. Stayed in October 2011.

Tricky management. Non-smokers be aware! There's no option to choose a non-smoking room at the time of the reservation. When I arrived the motel, I was informed that there was a $20 charge to get a non-smoking room. No apologies were made at all for not granting the request. I thought they happened to have run out of those rooms until I heard two more […] families showed up with the same situation - all within 18 minutes while I was still at the lobby! After Expedia 's inquiry, Super 8 therefore promised that I would get a non-smoking room the next few days of my stay. When next day came, the motel asked for a $5 per day charge for "changing the room". Obviously, this motel plays this type trick on its customers frequently because the management knows that the customers are stuck; it will cost a lot more if you check in with other hotels on the same day.
