"First and last"
We requested for a non-smoking, was given a smoking room. Front desk manager offered to move us to another room, which we did. Room was supposedly non smoking but still smelled of smoke, cleaner than the first one, but floor was wet! We were glad to check out!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The front desk clerk had very poor communication skills and although we reserved a non-smoking room, he stated that he only had a smoking room available. I was very disappointed because he did not even apologize for the inconvenience. The room was a bit old and the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room didn't make it feel like a very clean place. […] They also charged $10 for a parking permit, but there were no available spots. When we asked the clerk why he would charge us for a permit for a full lot, he just blankly stared. Huone ollut todella käytössä ja sen kyllä huomasi. Lattiamaton alla epätasaisuuksia jotka häiritsi kävellessä. Kalusteet suoraan 80-luvulta, samoin TV.
