We made a special request on our reservation that we wanted a crib ready in our room when we arrived because we would be arriving from a very late flight.... We called a few hours before we arrived asking them to please have the crib ready and in our room. The shuttle picked us up at LAX within five minutes and dropped off guests at the Hilton first and then headed over to Embassy Suites. The check in process was very fast. When we arrived to our room, no crib was ready. We asked for a king bed and they gave us two queens and the neighbors were playing music that could be heard through the wall. We called the front desk about this and headed back downstairs. Security came up to talk to the neighbors before we could even get packed up. They got us a new room and someone brought up a pack and play. All in it took 45 minutes to get our room situation fixed. Normally we wouldn't care but since we were arriving in the wee hours of the morning with a baby we wish that they would have gotten it right the first time. Thankfully, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. They had many hot options and made to order omelets. They also had high chairs in the breakfast area. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 13, 2013
