Prior to my stay here I was staying at another hotel down the road. This hotel is a lot better. However, the only negatives was not being able to sleep in, the cleaning crew were vaccuming and making a lot of noise early in the morning. I must say, the staff was friendly! The bed was comfy! The room was very clean! The hotel lobby was nice and clean! I was surprised to see that it matched what I saw online. I booked a Deluxe King through hotels.com and got placed in a double bed room with a window facing the hallway. (Didn't enjoy that much) but upon request, my booking preference […] was honored and I was placed in a very nice room with a King bed and a view of the city. "LA in and out"
I called Hotels.com last minute before Boarding my flight to LA. I had never been to LA and was traveling alone so was not sure what to expect really appreciative of hotels,com help. the four points by sheraton LA airport was more than I could of hoped for.Got in very late, shuttle picked me up with in minutes, I realized in my rush to LA I had not […] included any toiletries. the desk agent and housekeepers were more than generous. they offered a tour desk in the hotel. I got a great five six hour tour for $59! I had never taken a tour like before so didnt know what to expect. The tour was great! all kinds of sights and got to have lunch and breaks at some fabulous locations. The Tour Van was very comfortable and the driver was really nice and informative! HAd no traffic jam problems typical in LA. The Driver knew the best way to go! Met some reallty nice people and the Tour driver kept us on time and kept track of us. took a welcomed nap by the heated pool that offered long lounge chairs and cozy delightful cabanas! The Chic sports bar in the hotel offers great dishes and a vast selection of imported beers, etc. and reasonably priced fare.
