    I stayed overnight with my girlfriend from a late night flight into LA. The hotel was really nice in every respect; consomer service, comfort, cleanliness,... noise levels. It's a great hotel with easy access via free shuttle from LAX. The only drawback is, like almost all airport area hotels, the surrounding neighborhood is very commercial and not attractive.     Location.
    The Westin Los Angeles Airport stands one mile from Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, Calif. This 12-story hotel is one mile from Siminski Park. The Lakes of El Segundo, Dockweiler State Park and Hollywood Park Race Track are within three miles. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service.

    The hotel's restaurant, The Daily Grill, serves traditional American dishes. A Starbucks cart is stocked with the maker's famous brew.     The hotel is very dated and poorly maintained. I was forgiving of the construction in the lobby, but found it hard to overlook the shabby furnishings, poor lighting and overall decorum. The room left much to be desired. It did not smell kosher -- the air was rather stale and the furniture was dusty and badly stained and scratched to boot. After complaining, […] I was "upgraded" to the executive floor. The room was exactly the same, but with less dust and “repaired” water stains on the ceiling. The water pressure in the shower was fluctuating. The executive lounge had worn furniture (e.g., couches, tables, chairs) and the kitchen sink had a faucet that would not turn off. Overall, I was sorely disappointed with the accommodations, especially given that this is a Starwood Property. Read more

    A nice, large hotel near LAX. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was adequate for our needs and was surprisingly quiet considering it was so close to LAX. The parking garage was large and we had no trouble finding a spot around midnight. My two complaints would be the in-house restaurant and the available snacks in the room. I think the […] menu prices were unreasonable for most items in the restaurant menu. A breakfast for two cost about forty bucks. The available bottle water in the room was about six bucks, which is kinda scary. Better off buying it in the vending machine. Read more

    Beds are great but I had a issue with hot water it had to run to twenty minutes or so before it was really hot. The room could use some paint in the restroom ceiling and one of the comforters had a small hole in it. Parking is way to high $22 for self parking. Overall it was a decent hotel.
