We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 2 years. We are still very impressed with La Quinta in La Palma. Even though there were many guests staying (1/2-1/4), we didn't quite hear much noise at all. We were given a room on the 3rd floor away from the elevator/vending machines as we requested. Check in was efficient. Room was comfortable. […] The bathroom was a bit cramped but ok since we didn't plan to stay in there all day. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was much appreciated and enough for us. We noticed that you have extended the breakfast seating area to part of the lobby. We had a wonderful experience at this location. The only negative I can say about it is that they say free breakfast. We arrived at the hotel really late at night after a day at Disneyland. The man at the desk was so nice and helpful. Our room was nice and welcoming and the beds were great. Our room was very clean. The hotel was well maintained in a safe area. It only took about 10 minutes to get to Disneyland. "Gutes Hotel"
Hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Kingsize Betten zu dritt, für eine Woche. Kamen einen Tag später als gebucht (da Anschlussflug verpasst). Reservierung war dadurch zwar weg (trotz Email von uns), haben aber unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer für die restlichen Tage bekommen. Sollte man in der Hauptsaison reisen, vielleicht doch lieber das Hotel telefonisch informieren, […] wenn man verspätet ankommt. Das Zimmer war einfach aber sauber. Das Personal ist nett. Der Pool ist relativ klein und nicht sehr ruhig gelegen. Vom Frühstück waren wir enttäuscht: frische Waffeln, Muffins, Toast, harte Eier, Cornflakes. Das kann man max. zwei Tage essen, dann hat man Lust auf weniger Süßes. Die Cornflakes waren wohl auch nicht besonders, meinte unser Kind. Die Umgebung bietet einige Restaurantketten. Ansonsten nichts für nette Spaziergänge. Das Hotel ist alles in allem ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit dem Auto. Wir würden es sicherlich auch noch einmal buchen.
