First i was already ticked off when I got there because between the Hotel and Hotels.com, someone had informed me wrongly that there was no parking fee. Wrong. there is a daily parking fee. The hotel had only 1 elevator working. Other than that hotel was nice. 7 mins from the LAX, clean rooms relatively ok surrounding. "Do Not stay here"
The room smelled of urine. It's a pet friendly hotel and I brought my two bulldogs. They broke out into hives by the next day. The carpets were filthy. There was dog waste behind the chair. The toilet had mold in it. I could go on but what's the point. Just don't waste your money here. Nice hotel. The only issue i had was with parking. I was there for one night but ended up paying for 2 days of parking. I called the hotel and spoke to Gabriel at the front desk, but he was too busy to address the issue and hung up on me. I called the resolution dept. I was contacted by Elva she request a receipt, i sent the receipt but haven't heard […] from her at all. I called the following day and ask for Elva, i was told she was off for the day. I checked my account to see if the 15 dollars was credited to my account but i had not. I had to call reception to inquire about the shuttle, but one goes every 20 minutes so no reason to call them. The staff is friendly and offer good service.
