"Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel"
This hotel is everything you need, and nothing you don't. With the small exception of the parking structure being a bit awkward, I love this hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Stay here if you just want some privacy and a comfortable stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Stay at the Crowne Plaza-LA Airport"
I was given a room on the 16th floor where I could hear the landing and take-off of large planes all-night long and into the morning hours at Los Angeles Airport. The hotel location was great as we had an early morning departure from LAX. The shuttle service was handy--driver was very courteous. "Crown Plaza (LAX)"
The room was comfortable and clean. It was great to have 4 towels for 2 people in our room as a standard. Bell hops were very courteous and helpful. We were only there for less than 8 hrs, on our way out of LA. Convenience to airport and airport shuttle was excellent. No airport noise, we slept peacefully. If I had to complain, it might be about maintenance […] service. Our tv was old and we were not able to get the remote to work. It was very late at night when we checked in, but when calling for help, we had to leave a message and that message was never even returned and nor did anyone come to assist. Not a major, at the time, because we really needed to get to bed anyway. We worked with it a while longer and finally got it to work. We were checked out by 6:30 a.m. the next morning. I have stayed at the Corwne Plaza-LAX many times. Before it was impeccably maintained, service was superb convenient, and comfortable. This time will be my last stay. The room was run down with worn, stained wallpaper, meldewed tile, stained carpet, and muddy windows. The food service was horrible, with sullen, overworked staff. "Nice enough, but..."
It was a nice enough hotel, but the air traffic noise was loud and made sleep a difficult prospect. You know when you get to yoour room and find ear plugs on the bed that it won't be a quiet night. I guess it's to be expected and a tradeoff for being close to the airport, but next time I'll choose a quieter hotel. Also, paying for parking is something […] I would have preferred to know up front. Add the cost of the parking to the hotel charge and it becomes less of a value.
