We used this top as an overnight between long flights. Everything was very nice. We waited for the shuttle at the red curb and not at the red pick up zone but the driver stopped to get us when we waved him. I had booked a king room but when we arrived at 11.30 am I was told all that was available was a double. Because we were only staying until 8.00pm it did not seem an issue but when we entered the room, the bed wasn't even a standard double bed width. We are not large people and there was hardly enough room for my wife and I to relax during the afternoon. […] There is no way we could have spent a whole night in it. Considering it was the radisson, I thought the rooms were going to be up to par, but unfortunately it wasn't. The room was a bit outdated and was looking forward to a massage shower. Booked the room on Hotels.com and the site specified that the room would be either two double beds, or a Queen sized bed. It was neither. It was a single double. The site also said the room had a coffee maker. It didn't, although the front desk did have one delivered after some prodding. The sleep-number bed (I paid for the "deluxe" room) had a control […] which rarely worked. The IP-based TV did not work for that evening, it was analog only until I got fed up with the picture the next morning and had maintenace come to the room to fix it... by "rebooting" the IP-based controller. I tried for over 45 minutes to call the operator, front desk, bell desk, bar and even security. I DID get ahold of room service but they couldn't go check on the front desk. I even called the direct hotel number from my cell phone to make sure it wasn't a hotel phone issue. All I wanted was a wake up call, so I had to wake up my wife to have her make […] sure to call me. Interesting scenario took place. My flight to Chicago was cancelled due to weather in the northeast. I had previously stayed at another hotel the night before 1.5 miles away. I had mistakenly left my paperwork behind and needed to get a cab to return to the original hotel in order to pick it up. It was late that night and I went to the valet and requested […] a cab. We only had 4 1/2 hours due to a delay getting us to our hotel after 11 pm. The bar was open but in order to get a sandwich you had to order room service.
