The Sheraton Gateway Hotel Los Angeles Airport provides complimentary shuttle service to Los Angeles International Airport, located one-half mile from the hotel. A bright, expansive lobby welcomes guests as they enter the Sheraton Gateway Hotel Los Angeles Airport's front doors. 24-hour shuttle service runs every 10-15 minutes. The hotel provides an outdoor lap pool and spa tub. The on-site fitness facility is open 24 hours a day and provides cardiovascular equipment and weight machines. The Link@Sheraton features computers and printing. The Brasserie restaurant serves a buffet and a la carte menu. Paparazzi Restaurant is known for steaks, and also offers seafood and pasta dishes. A Starbucks Café is located in the lobby. The hotel provides 24-hour valet and self-parking services (surcharges apply).

I left my boots there the morning we left on accident and I called a little past one to ask if they found them so I could come back and get them. The lost and found lady told me she would call me either way if she found them or not and I never got a call. FRONT DESK CLERK WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. OUR ROOM WAS LOCATED BY THE HOTELS EXHAUST PIPE OUTSIDE THE WINDOW WHICH NOT ONLY PRESENTED AN UGLY VIEW BUT ALSO LEFT US FEELING LIKE WE HAD CARBON MONOXIZE POISONING IN THE MORNING. "Great hotel but not convenience for LA Tourist"
I stay in LAX Sheraton hotel for 2 days with my girlfriend to go to disneyland and hollywood. The staff service and rooms are great and did I mention inexpensive compare to similar rating hotel. All the staffs are friendly. The room is modern and clean. However, the restroom is a bit outdated with old white tiles. "Sheraton Gateway - close to the Airport"
We stayed at the Sheraton Gateway for two nights during a layover from Mexico. The hotel is very quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The large windows in the rooms give a great view of the night lights and planes landing, all without the noise you might expect. The room was very comfortable and in good condition and the new business center […] is really nice (although it got crowded from time to time). They were just finishing re doing the floors in the fitness center and moving all the equipment back into it. It is a very nice fitness center, however the pool and jacuzzi leave much to be desired! The pool area really needs some updating and the small jacuzzi only could accommodate 5 people. The biggest complaint I had was that we could not get a mini fridge so we could not keep anything cold in our room. The other thing was that the shuttle to the airport serves three hotels, so it only ran every 15 to 20 minutes and picked up people and luggage from every hotel. I agree with other reviews that the tub doesn't drain fast enough, and the parking fees were high without being mentioned on the hotel page (I know they can't always state the exact amount, but they could at least give an expected range to help people plan for their total final cost--when we were there, the valet parking fee was almost $25 a night). Vi skulle bare overnatte en natt på Sheraton før vi skulle fly hjem fra LAX, så valgte hotell nærme flyplassen. Rommet bar preg av å være gammelt, og selv om de var ikke-røyk var det veldig merkbar lukt etter røyking tidligere på rommet. Uten utluftingsmulighet var det dermed sur røyklukt.
