Been here 2x, very good service and good, clean room both times. A lil tough to see entrance as your driving so keep your eyes peeled since its a quick sharp right turn. The free shuttle from Logan Airport is the reason I chose this hotel and it is significantly less expansive than airport hotels. The price you pay is time--although the web site claims the hotel is less than 10 miles from Logan, it is a 20-25 minute ride by shuttle. There is a CVS in walking distance, but the 'neighborhood' is just a busy divided road […] and strip malls. The shuttle back to the airport will drop you at the airport subway stop (blue line), so you could conceivably use this hotel as a base for Boston--but you are a long way from Boston! "Really Bad service."
The hotel staff was awful!!! I had no towels, printer in lobby did not work, shuttle was crowded and late. Worst of all the staff could not have cared less, and even started blaming each other for the bad service. Also this is not an airport hotel. Reservation mix up was very disappointing. I was tired at the time of check-in and had to wait 30min I had been up for 33 hour just wanted to check-in and sleep. waiting for a fax at one o'clock in the morning not a good thing. This hotel is right on US-1 which leads right into Boston, which was a plus. Parking can be a small hike if you get stuck behind the building. I had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke which was rather unpleasant. The Internet was terrible, very slow. My phone had better internet access.
