"Very accomodating"
I ended up at this hotel after a horrible experience at the hotel I was orginally supposed to stay at resulting in my arrival at the hotel being quite late. The person at the front desk was very accomodating. They were having computer problems which slowed down the check in process so she upgraded my room because I had to wait.
