The room was good and just what I was expecting. The bed was serviceable, the room was clean, and the bathroom had enough towels. The free breakfast was what I expected and did the job until lunch. The location was perfect and very close to everything I needed to be close to.

Room was clean -- stayed in a suite, had a couch and coffee table instead of a second bed. Small refrigerator and microwave. My friend had to switch rooms tv didn't work among other problems.

Lots of details overlooked indicating poor upkeep (e.g., broken toilet seat, tags still on toilet inlet pipe, etc). But much less expensive than surrounding hotels, and very convenient to interstate. Front desk staff at night was excellent, not so good in the morning.

The entire hotel is "Smoke Free", however we had to request a different room because one of our three rooms stunk of smoke, so much so that one member of our party who is asthmatic, could not breath within minutes of being in the room. The hotel staff did all they could to meet our request in a very timely manner. Then, as we waited for the elevator, […] it became apparent very quickly that the person staying in the room located right by the elevator door was smoking. We had to wait a couple of minutes for the elevator, so this also became an issue for my asthmatic friend. We were therefor an event the location was great! The bathtub looked a little dirty in the bottom!! The water smelled funny!! The service was great the free breakfast was okay! Close to highway/interstate. Nice and quiet area. Room was pretty clean, but had bad allergies in room - not sure what it was (a/c, blankets, etc.). Good sized bathroom. Pet friendly and good area around hotel to walk pets. Good breakfast in the morning. Nice staff. Nothing fancy - did the job for my weekend as I was not in the hotel much.

From the outside, this hotel looks pretty descent and new. Once you get in your you, that impression will change. I think they brought old furniture from another hotel into this place. I had a mini-suite, but the furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on (sofa and chair). Hard and cheap feeling. But my bed was lousy. Hard, not in the good way, as I […] could feel the springs. Sheets were cheap poly, and the pillows with thin and lacking. I don't mind getting a cheap room at a cheap price, but I believe this place should be twenty dollars cheaper per night. The free breakfast is very poor. I tried to eat a waffle and coffee, but threw it away and ending up heading out for some descent eats. I have stayed in a few Econo Lodge hotels and you usually get what you pay for. This was an exception to the rule very nice stay for a low budget hotel. No refrigerator or microwave but comfortable clean rooms.

We were placed on 3rd floor with a wheelchair bound adult. This is okay until a fire breaks out. Then it is difficult to go down the smoke filled stairs in a hurry.

Great for overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired, but the gesture was still nice. Room and bed comfortable though we did find a slipper from a previous guest by one of the beds. We were in the area to go to an event at the Ford Center and travel to and from the hotel from the arena were quick and easy.

You need to have an information sheet at the front desk for guests who wish to use the free WiFi. The staff were not very knowledgeable on how to get onto their system. Also, the complimentary breakfast was a little to be desired. The quality of the food was very poor. Other than that, it was a pretty nice place.

It's your basic, no-frills hotel. The outside is very nice and so is the lobby. Staff was very friendly. Our room was OK. Surprised to see that there really are mirrors covering one entire wall & that the TV is really on top of the wardrobe. No decorations on wall. Found 3 empty beer cans in one of the drawers. Booked a room for visiting family for a decent rate at whats a relatively new hotel. Checked in and brought bags in, staff was nice but the room was not in great condition. booked the single room which has a kitchenette and sitting area, but since we booked it as a single occupant they took the mattress out of the sleeper sofa which left the sofa unusable. […] When asked to fix as it was a multiple night booking, they acted as though we were trying to put one over on them with extra occupants and had to be argued with just to get them to replace the mattress. Aside from that, room was sufficiently clean, but amenities were less than advertised. single pillow, towel, washcloth, facecloth, blanket, bar of soap, etc. Hotels proximity to other things, restaurants, mall, etc. is alright, 5 minute drive. I am glad I choose this. It's hard to know when you're picking on the web. The room was neat, clean, comfy. Air/heat unit worked well. Bed was great - I slept good. Shower was good. Noise level was low. It's just a hop skip and jump from the restaurants and shopping and stadium, etc. Would stay again.

Horrible experience! The outside of the hotel looks really nice and the surrounding are was fine but don't let that fool you. I had been traveling for 2300 miles and upon check in, I was told they gave my 2 queen bed room away. Couldn't stay anywhere else because all the surrounding hotels were booked because of dog show and huge soccer tournament. […] Took an hour and half to get a replacement room because they had over booked the place. Hotel Manager said it was not his problem that my original room was not available and that's what I get for booking online through Expedia". The replacement room had a sofa sleeper as a secondary bed which had a mattress that had no linens on it which showed all the nasty stains all over it! It curling and so worn out, it should have been thrown out. Nobody slept on it because it was to gross! In the morning I told the front desk about the sofa sleeper and it's condition. I was told that many of their sofa sleeper mattresses are in the same condition, that new ones had been ordered so until the get in, it is what it is.
