"Classy but Comfortable Place"
The staff at this hotel have always been very accommodating. There were lots of kids in the pool and hot tub, but they were all well behaved, and even us old folks had fun there. We had a very pleasant lunch at Benvenuto's in the hotel. They have a very inviting lobby with a bar where folks can hang out. The room was clean and comfortable. "3 Star hotel with a 4 Star lobby"
Pillows in room very uncomfortable, Bathrooms although clean needs serious upgrade the shower had the feel of a locker room. Lobby was very nice with bar lounge and fireplace , Did'nt use pool look very nice if you had children. "Good for the most part."

For this price there really should be a complimentary continental breakfast. Another thing, evidently there are coupons to be had for everything but how to get them? I reserved a room for a week with my 4 year-old son and only overheard that there were coupons for him to eat free! Then on another occasion I was ordering a drink from the bar and the […] bartender ask me if I had any coupons! Again, coupons? Please, someone who comes and stays for a week ought to get some consideration in the form of all these coupons that other patrons seem to come armed with. Where do they get them? I live abroad and don't get junk mail, etc. It is a bit odd to hear the waitresses going around to other tables asking people if they have coupons for discounts knowing that you have nothing. "Best deal I've ever had"
I've never know this hotel to have a "superior" rating or reputation. But this one far exceeded my expectations! Excellent value, friendly front desk staff, clean rooms, large with whirlpool tub. Quiet, comfortable and friendly yet a bit upscale. I'm a veteran traveler so I've been in all types of hotels. I booked this hotel because some others were […] booked. Then I found out it had a small water park and became quite concerned. I was traveling alone and looking for a quick night's stop to get rest. "Only come for the waterpark"
Stay away from this hotel unless you are a family coming to enjoy the 'waterpark'. I do not like running into dripping wet kids in the lobby of my hotel and bumping into me every time I get in the elevator. My stay was in general a good transaction. Nice hotel in a good neighborhood, clean room and nice ammenities. If I had one not so positive thing to say would be that while it seemed the hotel was not very busy. Parking lot seemed empty and not many guests that particular weekend, but they put me in a room right above the back of the laundry, trash area […] and air conditioning equipment. I perfer an open window when I sleep most times of the year, but here all I smelled was laundry and the noise of the equipment and morning trash trucks. I understand everyone can't face the front of the hotel or what ever, it's just that when you do not have a high occupancy rate you might not want to stick people at the back of the hotel. "Exciting for the children!"
