    I was a very nice hotel. The happy hour(s) were an unexpected plus. My wife and I are not large people, and found the beds (doubles) to be a little too... small for us. So sleeping was not the best experience. I would keep that in mind for our next stay, to get a room with larger beds. The television reception was quite poor, not sure why that would be with cable, possibly just the connection in our room. The pool and whirl pool were large, much larger than most for hotels I've stayed at. Over all a very nice hotel.     It was very clean, I loved it! The hotel is slightly outdated, but it actually is really nice. The staff is so nice, free coffee and breakfast... the only complaint I have about comfort is the pillows were so new and fluffy, I prefer a flatter pillow, but that's just me. I recommend the Comfort Suites!

    Staff was very attentive and the pool is fantastic. Very large pool and hot tub. They keep the water temperature quite warm which made swimming very pleasurable. For the price it was an excellent hotel.

    Staff was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the happy hour, the bar manager Desiree gave us a recommendation for dinner. Front desk staff printed out directions for us several times, easy access to highway.

    Enjoyed my stay--hotel was quiet even though it was completely booked Attractive, nicely decorated and comfortable, clean and receptionist was excellent, even called in the early evening to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything! Will definitely stay there the next time.

    I stayed at this hotel on the way when I visited my friends. The building was new and nice with clean swimming pool. The person on service was so friendly. Break fast place was cozy and nice with enough space, except not so tasty coffee. This is one of the best value hotels for the price.

    I loved this place! I was in town, visiting my UW-Madison college kids and needed a place to stay and to get together with my kids. I will stay here whenever I need a place in Madison.

    Loved the fact that this hotel had an energy saving feature, that turned off the room power when you chose to leave the room for the day. I always thought hotel room could save a lot of energy with something similar to this. Nice bed and comforter. Good breakfast.

    We were so thrilled that we could bring our dog, one of our family members. The hotel was clean from top to bottom. Very comfortable mattress. Wonderful complementary breakfast. I'm a UW alum and I'll tell all my friends from college that this is where you stay when you visit Madison.

    We traveled through Middleton, WI, specifically to visit the National Mustard Museum! Our hotel was within 5 minutes by car in West Madison. The hotel staff wrote out directions for the easiest way to get there, which turned out to be helpful. We traveled with our toy poodle for the first time and found staff welcoming. At our request they told us […] about places to take him for longer walks. They placed us near a side exit in order to get in and out easily with the dog. Lots of grassy area to walk him. 2-person jacuzzi in the bedroom, a first for us. Separate bathroom with a shower. Nice surprise layout, and fun. Price reasonable for all that was provided.     Comfortable beds and pillows are very important to me in a hotel and I was not disappointed. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. The hotel had a more classic/formal theme, and the wait staff/service kept with the high standard expectation. The free breakfast offered a nice variety of food and the eating area was large.     This was a very nice hotel. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.. The bed was sooo comfortable!! The room was very clean.

    Everything went well, check in was friendly, we got a ticket for some complimentary cocktails but unfortunately time did not allow for us to use them, and we didnt make the complimentary breakfast either, all due to time conflicts, but the room was gorgeous, the only down side was it had an odd smell to it, not sure why and it was only obvious when […] you first walk in.
