"Lazy Rude Personnel"
Upon checking out I asked for the Bell Person, a guy brought the cart & proceeded to leave, I had to ask him for help to put my bags onto the cart. He said they don't have a Bellman & that he is Front Desk. I had to ask/beg a second time & explain to him that I was in a recent car accident and I can't lift, bend or even grasp things with my hands because […] of injuries...They were not busy at all, hotel was pretty empty-now I know why...I went to get my car-he disappeared..I had to go inside lobby & ask again...I am never going back there...Same thing happened when I ordered esspresso at the Bar - the Bartender disappeared - I wanted to order breakfast-didn't happen. The Lobby & Lounge area is all carpet that is old & needs to be replaced-lots of PET-Ware..If you have allergies-Stay Away! Fantastic beds, AC which cools well. Great showers, nice desk good chair. All in all a good business hotel where I always stay when in the area.
