Because we went during a busy time they were making people pay for their breakfast with the price of this hotel which in my opinion was too high and not serving free breakfast because they had a full house was really upsetting. I stayed at the Hyatt the weekend before paid the same price for my room and they served a hot breakfast. "Breakfast not included but nice hotel"
When booked the room over the phone, with a live person, we paid the extra fee for the included breakfast. When we went to order the next morning the front desk simply told us they checked the reservation and it was not included, thank you, and hung up. So, just save your money, there is a McDonalds in the next parking lot and a Crackel Barrel in the […] next. "customer service sucks!!"
The first day we got there the kids wanted to go swimming. I got in the hot tub and it was cold. I informed the front desk and she said the maintainance guy was gone for the day and no one could fix it. REALLY!
