"Good rate, but...."
Our stay was okay, but I was bothered by the fact that the morning hotel staff all seemed to congregate in the kitchen area outside the breakfast room. It was obvious that some of the "diners" were family members. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor. "Don't Expect anything extra"
We stayed a full week at this hotel. We asked for some mimor extras when we made our reservation-none were provided at arrival. We were leaving on a late flight and the hotel offered us a one hour late check-out even though many flights were being cancelled due to bad area weather. The front desk staff left much to be desired --- they were not helpful. When asked if there was a Target in the area, they said they had no idea and no offers were made to help. "Best Western North Fort Worth"
Check in was business like, no smiles or welcome greatings. Room was clean and about average. The hotel was cheaply built, you can hear all of your neighbors and the floor squeaked like an old house. Only 2 issues were the bathroom was dimly lighted. I thought there were lights burned out by no the entire bathroom was lighted by 1 fixture.
