The hotel is old and has doesn't look as if it has been updated at all. Really needs new carpets and paint at least. Room safes don't work, spa in pool area doesn't work, air conditioners in room are really noisy. Bed was comfortable. "All chewed UP!"
I was settling in for the night ... stepping into the bathroom to wash my face and brush my pearly whites as always - closing the door behind me. "Bad Experience at Best Western."
I purchased the hotel stay for my brother his wife & their 2 year old daughter. First we didn't get the room we said we'd get with our confirmation. Which was 2 queen beds, instead they got a king size bed. The A/C, heat unit did not work the tempiture was in the low 40's that night. The front desk said the maintenance man had left for the day & it […] was only 4pm on a Thursday. They were on the street level floor & the bedroom window's lock was broken. We were able to push it down enough to have it not open, so we thought. We left the hotel for a few hours & when we returned the window was fully opened. The hotel would not admit they opened the window. We spoke to the front desk about our dissatisfaction with the room. The front desk made notes for their manager. On Saturday morning the toilet in the first room backed up. We called the front desk for a plunger & never received one. When we were leaving for the day on Saturday we asked to get another room. The manager okayed it & we were given a room with 2 queen beds. In that room there were two bugs in the bathroom and the A/C, heat unit did not work properly either.
