"They need new mgmt"
I submitted a compliant to corporate. I left the room for breakfast offsite. When I returned the sheets had been taken off the bed and the comforter thrown on my personal items. Apparently when they took the sheets off it is not in their normal practice to replace the linen. I had to complain to managment but was met with a lot of attitude.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
