SpringHill Suites Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Eagan

Before reserving this hotel,i called to make sure i could get to the mall of America because I had a meeting there.I was told that they make many trip and it wouldn't be a problem.When i arrived i was told they run on a 2 hour rotation, they only had 1 shuttle and i missed it.I was then told that there park and fly guests had priority over the shuttle.I […] have never been to a hotel that would tell a guests that other guest needs are more important.I reserved the hot tub suit for 2 nights.It was very dated and it only had 1 TV on an swivel arm so if you were in the living room you had to turn it, if you were in the bedroom you had to pull it out and turn it.All the regular rooms have 2 TV's once in my room i got a call, they had so many guests who needed a ride to the airport they called in another shuttle if i could be down stairs in 5 min i could ride along and on the way back they could drop me off. but when i checked in i wasn't important enough to warrant another driver.Throughout my who experience the front desk worker was rude,along with the manager they did nothing to help the situationist.At one point the manager said to me "Its obvious your under a lot of stress"and "maybe i should have stayed at a hotel closer to the mall" I didn't have any stress till i arrived at there hotel.The maid spoke NO English,so our room wasn't cleaned as our request. all in all they did nothing and made it very clear i was not an important or wanted guest to them.I will NEVER stay again Read more
