We booked 2 rooms at the same time but they put our rooms on opposite ends of the hotel and on different floors, could not change it with only 4-5 cars in the parking lot.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western, Newberry Station"
This was the first time we visited this location. We found the beds to be wonderful and room very adequate. However, upon checking in, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Luckily the folks were not present when we opened the door or you may be faced with a law suit. The morning of the second day we noticed a smell coming from the […] refrigerator and found rotted food and bulging pop can not removed from a prior visitor. It appeared to have been there for several days. Next to the exterior door a signed is posted for "No Smoking within 10 ft. of the door" but the cigarette butt cannister was sitting within two feet and first two rooms were allowed smoking which made hall entrance smell of smoke.
