I would definitely stay here again. It's a good stop for a night if you're on a long road trip. Much better than anything you'll find in Needles or Barstow California.

Breakfast was the bare essentials and should not be considered continental. A large hair was in our bed. We were too tired to complain so we just removed it. No elevator to help with luggage. Hotel seemed run down. Ok for 1 night but not a longer stay.

We reached around 10pm for an overnight stay on the way from grand canyon south rim to grand canyon west sky walk. The hotel was comfortable. fast food chain like sonic where just across the road if you want a quick/light food. One con about this place was it mentioned about having free breakfast, its good but its limited option and also the place where […] to have breakfast smelled differently. But we were looking to just have something and get on to the trip. The receptionist was very helpful in printing out a directions through an internal road to gc west which was shorter and quicker and also scenic. The location of the hotel is very good for visiting the attractions around Kingman. Close to shops and enough choice to find a nice dinner. The staff is friendly. The hotel is well maintained. The bed of the king room was good. Everything worked as it should. We would return to the hotel if we would pass Kingman again.

We stayed here on our road trip from NM to CA and on the way back. It was perfect for a one night stay. Everything was clean and in good working condition. We even got to use the pool. Breakfast was the usual Continental fare and was perfect for grabbing something before hitting the road. I had no issues.

The room smelled like wet dog and there was mildew on the inside of shower curtain. Although my husband didn't seem to mind and thought it was a good place to stay, I expect the place to be thoroughly clean. The pool was refreshing though.

We stayed here two nights as a midway point between home and vacation. We wanted someplace inexpensive yet still clean and safe. This was definitely what we found here. The breakfast included bagels, cereal, juice and muffins, which further helped cut our expenses. The room itself was clean and everything functional. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable. We had a problem with our TV. We asked that it be fixed and they thought it was but after a few minutes it went bad again. The maintenance people came and replaced the tv and it worked perfectly. We also had a problem with the smoke detector. The maintenance man checked the battery and said it was fixed […] without replacing it. After he left the detector started beeping again. Another call was made to the maintenance man and he replaced the battery and we had no further problems. The battery should have been replaced in the firsts place. Read more

This was our second stay at this property. With the first stay, our impressions were favorable. Not so with the second stay. The front desk clerk (who was all by herself and trying to help several customers at once) asked us to wait while while housekeeping checked to see if a room was available. It turned out that the housekeeper checked the room right […] away but forgot to let the front desk know, which caused us to stand at the front desk for 15 minutes unnecessarily. The walls in the room must be paper thin! Our "neighbors" woke at 4:15 am and didn't leave until 6:00 am. We could hear every word they spoke even though they were talking in normal voices. Needless to say, it was impossible to sleep during this period of time. When we went to the front desk to check out the next morning, there was only one clerk on duty and a lobby full of people checking out. The continental breakfast was VERY basic - adequate but not a lot to choose from. We think we'll look for a different property the next time we stay overnight in Kingman. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of this hotel. I honestly expected to get (if not less) what I paid for, but my expectations were exceeded. The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very clean. But what impressed me the most, was the night shift gal. We arrived after 11pm, and had a large item that we weren't comfortable leaving in […] the vehicle....but didn't want to carry it up to our second floor room, either. She said if we'd parked it under the light (which happened to be in eye shot of both her station and our room) she'd keep an eye on it for us. Well, sure, people can say that and you hope they do it. But she did. My husband came down early the next morning to check it, secure it for our continuing drive, and I saw her stand up and watch him as he was "poking around" the vehicle. She did see me a moment later by the vehicle and realized who we were, not some stranger/robber. I have to say, thats service. Bathrooms were a bit small, but hey, I don't spend much time in there. Jacuzzi was being refinished and pool was a bit unclear, however, the owners of this hotel also own the Holiday next door. Our stay was just a short 3 days/nights. During this time they were doing some remodeling, with using scrapers to get the stucco off the fronts of some rooms plus taking out old beds and replacing with new ones. We had to run the fresh air to drown out the noise of people talking.

Convenient and easy access to highway when we were stuck because of the weather. Didn't do the breakfast but in room coffee was appreciated. Nothing too special, but it worked for a quick layover. Beds and room were clean, bathroom very small be overall good value for the money.

A severe winter storm was forecast for Flagstaff and if I had stayed the night in Kingman, I would have been trapped on I-40 for days. Even though Expedia itself attempted to have the room cancelled due to this emergency, the owner refused to honor Expedia's request. I hope everyone rewards this owner's compassion by not staying in his hotel

When we first entered the room, we thought it hadn't been made up because the bedspread was just thrown on the bed. When we pulled it back we saw there were clean sheets. The sink had been sprayed with a cleaner, but not wiped out. There were coffee stains in it. Also, the coffee pot had not been cleaned. The shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed […] in a year.
