"Lovely condo, but not told about extra fees!"
We loved our 3-brm condo! it was clean. Except that the first bedroom with the twin beds had one bed w/a broken headboard, security chain on the door was broken, one couch seat was sunken in, & dvd player didn't work. The main disappointment that aggrevated me when we checked in at 2am was the phone operator was the first person to mention to me the […] "cleaning fee". "Not a good experience with hotels.com"
The instrctions on where and how to check in were not clear. I arrived at the address given by Hotels.com to find out that that was not the location to check in. Furthere After I checked in, I also found out that the location of my room was not the same as the address given by hotel.com. "WARNING"
The resort is very nice, but be careful when making reservations. There was a hidden up front "cleaning" charge of $150 for my 3 night stay. This charge had not been identified in offer/confirmation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
