"Not what they advertise on TV"
I sure didn't feel like I could do brain surgery when I was done staying there. The hotel wasn't that clean. Our shower had mildew and the carpet needed shampooing. The breakfast the next morning was all fried for the most part and had no fresh fruit of any kind. I won't be staying there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a hotel to stay in again"
The staff at this hotel were very unprofessional and we found that out right at check-in. When we got there, the desk clerk was in the back watching TV and didn't come out to check us in until another guest who was also trying to check in yelled back to her. Then we got to our room and our key cards didn't work. My husband went back down to the desk […] to tell the clerk and she re-programmed them, but not after indicating that we probably weren't swiping them correctly. So she came back up to the room with my husband, but was barefoot! She then swiped the card and told us we need to just run it through slowly. Like we had never done it before. AAGH! Definately wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The hotel was old, run down and we didn't feel comfortable using the pool-and we had chosen this hotel so my daughter could swim after a long car ride. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
