"Ok Hotel. Not Great"

They charged me a cleaning fee of 150 bucks and accused us of smoking weed when I have never touched the stuff. Clearly someone next door to our room cause we smelled it all night. "Poor staff"
I was given an already occupied room when I check in and the hotel wasn't even half full. The second night the key wouldn't work because they only keyed it for one night not three. The last night the cleaning crew did not close my door fully so don't know how long it was open. Told the front desk and got a blank stare back. Was also told I couldn't get a receipt for the stay for my expense report because I pre-paid through website but have never heard this before with any other hotel I used through hotels.com. "Country Inn and Suites Galveston"
This is a 3 month old hotel according to the front desk. It was very clean and fairly close to the convention I was attending at Moody Gardens Conference Center. The room was very clean and like new.
