Rooms feature furnished balconies with ocean, pool, or water views. The 83 air-conditioned guestrooms at Galveston Condos by A B Sea Rentals include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards. Televisions are equipped with cable channels. All units at this 3-star condo have kitchens with stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Guests must check in at AB Sea Sales & Rentals, Le Moore Plaza, 2001 61st Street, Suite E, Galveston, TX 77551. The office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM. Guests who plan to arrive after 5 PM CST are required to contact the hotel prior to 4 PM on their arrival date to receive late arrival instructions. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation email.
Please note: All holiday and special event reservations cancelled by noon 2 weeks prior to arrival date are charged a $73 fee with no modifications allowed. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date are charged 100% of the reservation. Special events and holidays include the Lone Star Rally (dates in October and November); Memorial Day Weekend (Thursday-Monday); July 4th; and Labor Day Weekend (Thursday-Sunday).

"Surprised Location"
From the description we were given, we expected to be on the ocean side of the busy street but was not. The condo was nice, and very peaceful. We had a beautiful view of the ocean although it also was of a busy street. When we booked it also said that there would be a breakfast included, but there was not. The pool and hot tub were very nice. I like how the hotel was right on the beach. I was wishing that the condo had supplied trashbags and papertowel and dishwashing detergent. "Maraville in Galveston"
overall the stay was good for 3 days. Hour wait for room to be inspected to get in, a/c went out the last night and didn't really like that the bunk beds were right at the front door. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Maravilla Condo Nice, Grounds and Pool Run Down"
Would have to say will not be back until the pool and grounds have been renovated. Pool was full of mildew and algae, needs a good scrubbing! Our individual condo was clean and well maintained. The Galveston location is good. The set up for key pick up is a bit inconvenient, have to go to another office to pick up, but will say that Norma was very nice […] at A B Sea Rental. "Will never use A B Sea Rentals"
The hotel is not A B Sea Rentals first of all. You do not get told until after you pay that there is a cleaning fee and a bunch of other fees that you have to pay when you go pick up the key and you don't have a choice to cancel. The place to pick up the key (which is AB Sea) is on the other end of galveston. If you don't pick the key up during the […] time they are open you are out of luck. The people there are not nice and talk to you like you are stupid. Will NEVER use A B SEa again they where horrible. I think hotels.com should know that they are dealing with a rental company and not the hotel itself. Response by Galveston Condos by A B Sea Rentals The facility is on the East Island End and is not a Hotel. It is a privately owned Condo. This particular owner requires that the tenant pay the cleaning fees which is very clearly disclosed on the policies of the sites. So there is no surprise, it clearly states what the cleaning fee is. The only other fee which is also clearly stated is $25 for Damage Insurance. We've provided information on the sites which states to "Call" the office if arriving after 4:00 PM so that we can give you the late arrival instructions. Since your information is not shared with us through the booking agent we cannot contact you. We do have policies in place for after hours arrivals so you are in no way "Out of Luck!" Also it is clear in the instructions that you must come to our office to pick up your keys. If you drive straight to the property you'll be upset as they cannot check you into the unit as they are not affiliated with our services.
