"Great hotel horrible service"
Front desk was rude and unhelpful. I was working in town and tried to do an early check in for my husband and was turned away, its hotel policy. We were told hotel was at 100% occupancy but the parking lot was completely empty. While I was working, my husband had to wait four hours in the hotel lobby watching other guests being checked in until I was […] off work. "Worst Hotel Stay ever"
I travel a lot for business and this was by far the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed in. I showed up late at night and it took a few minutes for the front desk to get me a room due to them not having 2 many rooms available. Once they found my reservation I was given a document to sign that stated no smoking in the room.
