Doors and walls were very thin. Cold air coming in under the doors. Alarm/Radio in room next door went off at 5 am blaring loud music. No one turned it off. Had to call front desk to get them to come shut it off after 15 minutes. TV channels didn't all work. Housekeeping tried to come in at 8 am, thought the room was vacant. "No wireless internet connection after 4PM"
I was traveling on business. The hotel location was very convenient to where I needed to be, but I needed to have wireless internet. I had stayed with this hotel previously with no problems, but this time the network would drop the IP address repeatedly and I could not get work done. A call to the front desk, and they said that they would "have their […] maintenece man look at it" which brought no change in performance with multiple calls. "overpriced"
Remember the old wall lamps that make that hum? That is what greeted me at the Kalispell Travelodge. I didn't get in til really late and just needed a place to lay my head for 3-4 hours before a meeting the next day. The price of the room was double what it should have been and the free breakfast was atrocious; a selection of breads and overripe bananas.
