We asked for a handicap accessible room but there wàs not a raised toilet seat and the only handrail was behind the toilet which was not helpful at all for my mother. They were very helpful. My only complaint; they had 7:00 am for the continental breakfast and not 6:00 am in the in room binder. "Not bad, but nat as advertised"
The motel was not bad. It is is in a good location if you are going to Glacier, but there is not much around the motel. It is a non smoking motel, but they set up ash trays right outside the door leading to the guest rooms. The smokers take the ash trays and prop the doors open, alowing all the smoke to enter the building, not to mention the cold air. […] We could smell the smoke on the second floor. When I tried to close the outside door, a man came over and said not to close it because the lock didn't work. I notified the front desk at check out and she went over and checked the lock. The motel web site says they have micowaves, refrigerators and ironing boards and irons. Our room did not. Room had safe, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and coffee pot. Not extremely comfortable, but for the price I am not complaining. I would definately stay there again. Parking was an issue at times. Lot was completely full when I arrived and had to park out on street. Hotel staff courteous, but you could tell they were over-worked and stressed out. "The Bext Ever"
Everything was great from booking the room, price, location of the motel and most of the staff, plus the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was mostly quiet. Could hear a lot of walking from the room above us but that usually happens on bottom floors. Otherwise it was very quite. We didn't have the breakfast but it did look good with waffles […] and such. The only complaint would be the gentleman that checked us in and out of the motel. On both occasions he never smiled or made you feel welcomed. I felt it would break his face if he were to smile. Although he can laugh which he did at me when I got stuck in the car trying to get out. I didn't mind that I laughed at that also. We found the staff very friendly and when we needed extra towels they were very quick to get us what we needed. The fitness room was kept in good repair and we had no trouble getting in when we wanted. The continental breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold items. The room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that there was no swimming pool and the spa tub was way hotter than it said it usually is on the sign. The complimentary breakfast was good, waffles, good muffins, bagles, cereals, etc. Next time we would probably stay somewhere with a pool.
