"Over rated"

"Great hotel when you are desperate to sleep...."
this hotel is a smoking/non-smoking hotel. sorta like sitting next to a smoking section when the rooms across the hall (2 ft away) are smoking rooms. You can smell the smoke in the hallways. The hallway was like walking down a dark alley at night. I felt like I needed a flashlight. The breakfast consisted of: coffee, fruit loops, bran cereal, english […] muffin or bread to toast and juice. thats it. The linen in the rooms felt very dirty. "very dated"
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly but there was a smoking room right next door to mine. The hallway smelled like stale cigarette smoke upon my arrival. Bedding was old though clean. The bed was hard so I ended up buying an eggcrate to get through the next night. Not the place for business travel if you need to get a good nights sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"clean but uncomfortable"
We knew we were checking into a low end hotel, it surpassed our expectations. Receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. She was probably stoned. "beautiful city, sad hotel"
I have stayed here before....but this hotel has gone downhill...and I do not plan on staying here again.....the breakfast is a joke.....the carpet is filthy.....not impressed at all.....on a positive....the staff is friendly....but there are dogs running loose in the lobby most of the time.....I am a dog lover but its just not very professional....
