Pleasant staff, clean rooms -- a little run down, but comfortable, a nice pool and working air conditioning (as well as openable windows). My only problem was that the door to the outside, at the back of the building, was not locked. Granted, Boone, IA is a pretty safe place, but I would have felt better had that door been kept locked.
