"Easter weekend stay"

"Not what I hoped for!!"
Below standard. It smelled like smoke in my room. I requested a room with a microwave and it was not there. I asked for a second floor room because of the noise and that was not available. The staff was curtious but not accomendating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

the picture on the internet was completely different then the room we received. I did not want or need a whirlpool tub in our room,as I seen on the website I expected a much larger room with a couch and a 2nd TV. the size of our room was no bigger than a standard room and i paid for a king suite!I was not happy at all, I feel we were way over charg […] ed!
