Unsatisfied with the hotel cleaning service and the coach that let out to a bed. One evening when we returned the room (two bed suite) it had not been cleaned. We left the hotel as we normally would around 11am and we even saw the hotel cleaning service on our floor as were leaving. When we complained to the front desk we made it clear we did not have […] a sign outside the door that we were busy. After the front desk followed up they found out the cleaning person marked that our room was already cleaned. The hotel said they would speak to the cleaning service and they compensated us. It should have been more but the front desk and manager were very nice about the situation. I also told the manager that he should replace the mattress on the pull out beds and he stated that they were in the process of doing so. "Not up to Holiday Inn standards"
This particular Holiday Inn Express did not meet my expectations. Although the room was clean, the paper products were cheaper than those offered at a public restroom. They have non-smoking rooms but the are not separated by floor. On my floor the smoking rooms were right near the elevator so all you smell is smoke when you're walking down the hall […] to your room. "never again"
I was in a room for two days, the television remote didnt work the whole time i was there. My father inlaw's truck got vandelized in the parking lot, the lock on his door got punched out with a knife or a screwdriver.Genuine Expedia guest review
