"Not staying again"
The room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. It wasn't even close to what it looked like in the pictures on your web site. It's in a terriable neighborhood. Customer service was good. I liked the front clerk. He was friendly, outgoing and charming... What I didn't like about the stay was that we could not get any sleep! The walls are thin, there was tapping every few seconds from the radiator, and the heat was on too high, a car alarm went off at 2am, I could hear footsteps upstairs... The room was a little small, but very clean, comfortable beds, clean towels and bedding. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood but it was fine, very quiet come night time.
