Location very poor if you do not have a car. Very expensive cab ride into town or HUP. View of refinery instead of city. Very helpful in late arrival and early departure, though never got a requested wake-up call. Courtesy shuttle driver to airport very helpful and cooperative...about 20 minutes to airport.

The shuttle was very slow; the drive not friendly; the restaurant was shut down for repairs, garbage in my bathroom hadn't been emptied, no hairdryer, WIFI only in lobby, no coffee or any food at all available in the hotel. This was like a bad movie set.

This hotel did actually have nice people working there, but it was a dump. My room smelled awful, the AC did seem to have been running for several months. If I had any other options above staying on the street I would have taken it.

The hotel is on the south side of Philadelphia, and not particularly centrally located. It also shows age and maintenance issues. No, I woudn't go back. The restaurant downstairs is a joke! Couldn't even get a beer for over 10 minutes..and I was the only guy there, The whole hotel smelled like chemicals and old decay garbage. Nothing that was advertised actually exists at this hotel. I arrived to find a line formed for check in about 20 minutes long. In that time, two sets of guests returned because the room they just checked into was dirty, another returned because his key didn't work.
