Situated in Philadelphia, North American Motor Inns is in the business district and close to Fairmount Park, St. Joseph's University, and Boathouse Row. Also nearby are Barnes Foundation and Mann Center for the Performing Arts.

"You get what you paid for"
Only stood there over night & thankfully I didn't stay longer. It was very outdated, not clean & even had to kill a beetle. Basically its a cheap motel disguised as a hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Inn in Philly"
The room had no air conditioning, smelled as if someone had chained smoked for several years (and was a non-smoking room) and had very large bugs crawling out of the shower. Moved to a different hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A waste!"
The friendliness was nice, and the access to downtown bus was perfect but... No HOT WATER for 2 days! No Coffee Maker or fridge in the room... not even a microwave in the lobby to make popcorn. No maid service for 2 days... had to ask for towels at the front desk. Beds were like plywood and small. Only a sheet on the bed with a bedspread and the bottom […] sheet was without elastic and it pulled off instantly. The mattress was frayed and had no spring. The parking was pretty bad too. the hotel was clean as well as the room. The thing that I was unsatisfied with was the fact that I had to go to the reception desk to get extra linen. I was told that they dont have room service staff I was under the assumption that all hotels have a some sort of staff to assist customers. "Good connection to go to the city"

"Lage o.k., Personal i.O., Sauberkeit k.o."
Wir sind lediglich eine Nacht im North American Motor Inn geblieben. Grundsätzlich sind wir auch nicht pingelig. Das Personal war soweit nett und die Lage ging auch (Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür, welcher in 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt fährt). Es war also Zweckdienlich. Grundsätzllich sind die Zimmer auch recht gross. Einzig die Gänge und die […] Zimmer haben fürchterlich nach kaltem Rauch gerochen. So stark, dass wir nicht einmal schlafen konnten. Selbst unsere Kleider im Koffer haben am nächsten Tag nach Rauch gerochen. "Loin du centre!!"
À notre arrivée, la salle de bain de notre chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée : serviettes par terre, cheveux dans le bain.... Nous avions besoin d'imprimer 2 pages de tickets de bus, la réception n'a pas voulu le faire alors qu'il y avait tout le matériel nécessaire...
