The cylindrical tower of the Windsor Suites overlooks a bustling street corner in downtown Philadelphia, Pa. The hotel is central to Philadelphia's downtown attractions and business centers, within six blocks of City Hall, the Convention Center and Liberty Place. The world famous Barnes Foundation Museum is just 3 blocks away, Philadelphia International Airport is eight miles away, and the hotel is less than one mile from the 30th Street Railway Station.

The Windsor Suites offers apartment-style accommodations and is also home to private residences. The hotel provides a range of services and amenities, including a 24-hour fitness facility, a seasonal rooftop pool and a sundeck. Discounts are also offered to a local health club, seven blocks from the hotel. The property includes 3 conference rooms, encompassing 1,897 square feet of meeting space. The hotel also offers event catering and business services. The Guest Amenities Center provides snack and beverage vending, ATM, and complimentary computer and internet access. Laundry facilities are on site. Open for lunch and dinner, the on-site hotel restaurant Asia on the Parkway offers authentic Asian cuisine. Con Murphy's Irish pub serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Room service is available.

"Great location"
The Windsor is well located in center city. The parking garage is expensive, especially if you drive a truck or SUV. The rooms are essentially small apartments, with closet space and a full kitchen. The quality of the in room TVs isn't great, they have new TVs but not HD encoders so every channel looks blurry. I have stayed here before and will stay […] here again. "Nice, but dated"
I stayed here for a conference at the conference center (just a couple blocks away). Hotel was nice, it is also a live-in facility so there are long-term residents as well. Room was clean, staff was nice, and it was nice to have a kitchenette in the room. My only complaint was the painfully, and I mean painfully slow wifi (I stayed on the 14th floor […] and it may be different on different floors). For someone who uses the internet for work, I would probably stay somewhere else just for this reason. If they had better internet, then I would stay here again. "Not So Good This Time Around"
The friendliness of the staff & customer service have gone down since the last time I was here in June. I was watching TV & then every channel started broadcasting in Spanish. When I called the front desk they told me that maintenance left for the night & there was nothing they could do. I had to argue with them to change my room I'm order to get what […] I have paid for. In the morning the valet took forever to bring my vehicle only to later find out that they left my lights on all night & my battery died. I knew this because the anti-theft switch on my radio was enabled & this only happens if someone's trying to steal the radio or the battery dies. Of course they denied this as well. "Wonderful location for price"
This hotel was only blocks from where our conference was held and offered convenient proximity and top-notch accommodations. The only thing that was disappointing was the customer service we received from the front desk staff upon check-in. They were rude, rushed us, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The bed was old and weak, no support and needed to be replaced. There was low water pressure in the shower. The room was nice, and staff very nice. The parking was $35.00 a day, so add that to your daliy rate, however that is the way it is in Philly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Many Problems"
The room smelled and had cleanliness issues. The room appeared to be not occupied for a long time. The closets had a damp musty smell, a smell that was in my clothes before the end of my stay. The carpets were old and in need of cleaning. The bed was very old, made creaking noises, and was uncomfortable. The coffee maker was broken on the first day […] I arrived. During my stay, the air-conditioning unit began to make loud banging noises. I also don’t agree with the ridicules parking charges for guest that stay at the hotel. The parking service will only let you have access to your vehicle when they bring it to you. On many occasions, I just needed to retrieve something from the vehicle. The best part of my stay was the bellman who responded immediately to my request for a cart for my luggage when I was leaving. He was very personable as he helped me load my luggage onto the cart and assisted me down to your lobby area. "Would live here if I had the money.."
I had to go to Philadelphia for a doctor's appointment. I was in the city once before and stayed at another hotel and I was not impressed. This hotel, on the other hand, was great. The staff was very nice. The location was terrific. It was very easy in and out to get back onto the turnpike. The Irish Pub downstairs had a terrific breakfast. The hotel […] is located near TGI Fridays and there is a SUBWAY right across the street if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The room was huge.
