"The Four Points Sheraton Airport Hotels Location!!"
I found this hotel to be the ideal location for my trip. I enjoy spending time in the night life partying in the clubs. And I have found this hotel to be close to many places the I had visited while in Philly. Easy to find places to party at. This hotel was in a secure location. "Honest Staff"
We had a quick stay here, but were comfortable and have no complaints. Also, my Mother left her very nice camera in one of the rooms and housekeeping shipped it back to us promptly. "sheraton hotel-philadelphia airport"
The hotel was ok. The room was old with modern furniture. The paint was coming off of the ceiling in the bathroom and the setup made the room see tight. I wish it was a full service hotel because I was snowed in. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel but ??????"
We had reservations for four; two double beds. At check-in, we were told that one king was available with a rollaway bed. Showed them our reservation & was told that hotel.com, expedia were not honored as promised. We had no choice but to take it. "Not a happy Customer!!!!"
Firstly, BEWARE of the $7.00 per day hotel parking fee which was not disclosed to us and came as a surprise at check-in. Because we were unaware, we requested the parking fee be waived or reduced. Hotel representative refused and further stated if we called corporate, they would just ignore our call and never call us back. Secondly, we did not receive […] a refrigerator as promised until the following day in the afternoon. Thirdly, most of the recepticles in the room did not work making it an inconvenience for us to fix our hair. We had to use a small pocket mirror and go to a recepticle which did work to plug in our flat iron. Last but not least, we wanted to go swimming and was told they had to close the pool but we could swim at the sister property in the same area. We went to the sister property only to find out, they closed their pool early for cleaning and had no intentions of reopening it that day. We checked out of the hotel the following day.
