The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very nice. The fitness center is probably the nicest one I've seen in a hotel without a swimming pool. The only complaint I have was the constant noise in the room that sounded like someone was vacuuming the room above. It wasn't extremely loud, but it did keep us up at night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location!"
The only frustrating thing was there is no fan in the bathroom so the mirrors were pretty fogged up after two people took showers. Location was great. Lots of shops and restaurants close by for our first and last day, but close enough to walk the whole city in a day.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient to all locations"
All staffs are friendly and the room services are exceptional, however, the hotel is showing its age with the decor and furnishings. The club lounge access is not adequate due to the time constraint place on it. Since it already has key card security, why can't it be used as a relaxation area at all hours, or gathering for business discussions?Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fun weekend in Philadelphia"
Hotel staff was amazing. Nice facilities, a bar, coffee shop and restaurant right in the hotel. Room was a little bare, large room but only one chair besides the desk chair and no couch.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Room not what we expected"
We wanted a room where we could relax after touring the city, and the room in the advertisement is not what we got, even after requesting a different room. Staff was excellent, but the rooms are not what you pay for.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Classic and clean"
The hotel had some great interior decorations. Our stay was wonderful, and we were close to downtown Philly. There is also a fantastic 24hr diner just across the street! The parking situation wasn't ideal, but wasn't more expensive than expected. Parking at valet is $34, but the valet told us about a garage just across the street where we could park […] for $21. A much better option if you're only staying for one night. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Pet friendly gone bad"
The hotel is in a fantastic location but the policy of allowing pets did not come with control of noise. The first night a dog was barking in the next room till at least 11pm (as well as the next night) and they were unable or unwilling to offer us a room to move to that was equivalent. One of the air beds (a feature of the hotel) didn't work at all. […] The door to the bathroom really stuck and creaked. The room was not cleaned by 6pm on two nights and only on the second night of coming back to an uncleaned room was the offer made to transfer to another room (after three complaints) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"great location but underwhelming room"
this hotel is centrally located in Rittenhouse Square and has a lovely exterior, lobby and friendly service. However, the room I was given was small, outdated and the carpets were stained. Also, the bathroom was in an odd location and towards the windows of the room rather when you first walk in. I've stayed at this hotel before in a room with a King […] and it felt support luxurious. However the room I was given this time felt like a 2 or 3 star hotel rather than what one would expect of the Warwick. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Service, OK Hotel"
Our first two nights were just ok. The service was fantastic, and every time we talked to them, over the phone, in the elevator, in the lobby, everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The first morning in our room, we realized the tub wouldn't drain. We called down and it was fixed by the time we returned from Breakfast. There was no view and […] the walls were thin - so we could hear the neighbors if they lingered in the hallway too long. That said, it was a very large room, with a fairly new television and a large desk. We weren't worried about the view, because we weren't going to be in the room much - same for the thin walls - which were only a problem for about 5 minutes one morning. The WIFI worked great, but there was a serious lack of open outlets, so I had to unplug the clock to get my laptop and our mobile phones charging. The real problem was that the sleepnumber bed was awful. We didn't even realize we had one until after a second uncomfortable night of sleep, we looked in the amenities book and saw the info about the bed. We couldn't find the remote, so we called down (at about 5:30 am) and they sent someone right up. He brought a remote and made sure it was working (again, friendly and courteous). After about an hour of messing around with the remote, we realized the sleepnumber beds are ridiculous. It's very much like sleeping on an inflatable bed with a remote-controlled compressor to adjust it. We called down and asked for a normal bed and we were in a new room by that afternoon. The new room was great. Better view, working drain, comfortable bed. Our last day / night at the hotel was everything you could hope for a hotel stay to be. I had to unplug the clock again, but otherwise, everything was great. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Raddison Hotel in Historic Rittenhouse District"
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel in Rittenhouse Square district. The staff was accomodating and very nice. Room was clean and huge which we definitely needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in close proximity to shopping and great food. Not far from downtown if you wanted to catch some other sight seeing. Our […] favorite spots were Little Pete's Diner, Square 1682 Restaurant and Lounge, Scoop Deville, and of course all of the high end shops i.e. Juicy Coutoure, Burberry, Ann Taylor, Benjamin Lovell Shoes, and Coach. It was a fashionista's dream come true. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel in great location"
My friend and I had a debate of which hotel to stay at for our weekend in Philly. We decided to compromise and stay at the Hampton Inn (her choice) for the first two nights and the Warwick (my choice) for the last night. The Warwick was like Shangri-la after staying at the Hampton! We loved the neighborhood - walking distance to restaurants, bars, […] attractions. The room was very comfortable, complete with a Sleep Number bed. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger - not much sink space for two women getting ready at the same time. Three restaurants on site; we made use of Tavern 17 for drinks/apps and the Coffee Bar for breakfast. Really reasonable prices! I would definitely recommend the Warwick to anyone staying in Philly. "Radison Warwick in Philadelphia-comfortable and co"
The staff is friendly and courteous, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the location is first rate. It's a block from Rittenhouse Square, right next to Walnut Street shopping and numerous excellent restaurants.Take advantage of special deals for a reasonable price. I stay here whenever I'm in this city.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Located by Rittenhouse Square"
Hotel location was very good. The hotel staff was very accommodating and very quick to check us in. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom door in my hotel room did not completely shut, therefore we couldn't lock it. It's not a big deal, the rest of the room met my standards.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Location is awesome!"
The hotel set in Rittenhouse Square is extremely convenient for walking to fine restaurants and bars in the area and in general it is an easy walk to most things of interest in Center City. If the walk seems too far, cabs a plenty are available. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, but the age of the hotel is evident once you get to your room. Though […] the rooms are clean, the space is cramped and dated and the bathroom size leaves a lot to be desired. "Small Bathroom" is an understatement. In this case...location outweighs comfort. "A few small things to improve upon"
Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good. A few small things....As this is an older property, there was a lack of electrical outlets. I had to unplug the coffee maker, alarm clock and a lamp to be able to plug in my various electronic devises. Also, the room after dark was not well lit. There were only 2 lights in the room; a bedside lamp and a harsh […] fluorescent desk lamp. It was hard to see what was in the closet or in drawers. (even harder when I had to unplug the lamp to use the outlet.) Please add a light and a multi-plug outlet to your rooms. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Philly Warwick"
This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location. Close to the pubs, dining and shopping. The only complaint I would have is that the bathrooms were extremely small. Theres only room for one person. Two people cannot fit in the bathroom or get ready at the same time. "Excellent service, excellent room!"
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody going to Philly! This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely stay again when returning to Philly. The rooms are huge, very clean, and the hotel staff is very accommodating!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Huge room"
Our recent stay at the Radisson was a success. The room (2 double beds) was huge, though the bathroom was small and could have used some love. It was clean, but needed some work (pealing wall paper, etc.) The location is great. Would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The bath room is so small and very inconvenient like a way side motel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"great hotel and perfect location in center city"
My partner and I stayed at the Warwick during Labor Day weekend, and the hotel was buzzing with people the entire time. The hotel lobby is clean and picturesque, our room was immaculate (no bed bugs!) and it was fun testing out a Sleep Number bed. The only downside to the room is that bathroom is a little on the small side. The location couldn't have […] been more perfect, though. Located a block away from Rittenhouse Square park, it's also within 5 short blocks of *every* restaurant or bar we ended up going to, and within 3 blocks of several very reasonable parking garages. The Warwick even houses two restaurants that we might try next time, including a "jackets required" steak house. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Well pleased"
Our recent stay at the Radisson was very enjoyable. The staff was attentive, professional and polite. The room was neat and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. It was worth the money we spent. Hotel was in walking distance to a number of restaurants. Prime Rib, restaurant in hotel, was pricy, but the Tavern 17, also in restaurant, was reasonable and […] it served breakfast, something hard to find in the city. Would definitely return. Valet parking is offered for a price. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Visting friends for the weekend"
Being from NY, i'm a bit of a stickler for overall good service......Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay - location was fantastic, 5 minute cab ride from 30th street station. The room was big, clean and very comfortable - definitely got my money's worth. Friendly staff too - they run the place well.
