"womens only floor"
I was put on a women's only floor that had some extra security measures and only had female staff work on it for security and peace of mind as a female traveling alone. First time I have seen that. It was very nice and reassuring.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Find another hotel"
I stay at A LOT of hotels for work. This is one of the most disappointing. It was old, run down, halls were smelly. Thankfully the room was decent and clean. "Not bad, but a bit dated"
Stayed 1 night because of a heavily reduced rate offer from Expedia. Given the location of the hotel, reduced priced offered by Expedia was acceptable (NB: I would not pay the standard room rate that the hotel normally charges). Hotel, lobby, and room were all clean, a bit basic, bed was comfortable and bug-free. No complaints. Location is not bad (Target […] and Starbucks right next door), easy freeway access. Overall, the hotel looks a bit dated, although it has been kept in reasonably good condition. Reception staff was quite friendly and helpful. Would probably stay again (but only at reduced rate). "Not up to the Crowne name..."
Small rooms in need of updating. Housekeeping did a poor job of resetting the room each day. This is in a pretty poor location unless you have your own transportation at the ready. The "free shuttle" to downtown is one-way at best. They may drop you off if you're lucky, but don't expect a return trip and the cab ride is $25. Staff were generally unhelpful […] with poor suggestions on alternate transportation and where to visit in the area. "Coffee Please!"
Perhaps my expectations were a bit too elevated with the name and reputation that goes with the Crowne Plaza. I found the front desk people curt and not helpful. I could not find the remote when I was in the workout room - I spent a good 5 minutes looking high and low for it so I went up to the front desk to ask. The same lady who was not pleasant at […] check-in looked at me like I was a complete idiot and said in a tone reserved for four year olds that it was velcroed to the window frame. I was at the hotel for 6 days and only on one of those days were my coffee pods replenished. I consistently hung my towel on the rack in compliance with the sign and every time it was taken away. I had walked to the Target next door and had purchased some items. One of those items did not fit and I was going to exchange it the next day. I left it in the bag on the floor and when I returned it was gone. I went down to the front desk to explain the situation and was once again treated like I was an irritation. I waited for 10 minutes for her to get the housekeeping manager and when nothing seemed forthcoming she said she would have him call my room. I waited in my room for another 30 minutes and then decided to go to dinner. Three hours later he calls and finally I get someone who is polite. He told me he would check with his staff to see if they had it still and get back to me the next day. 3 days later I still hadn't heard. I was reimbursed at checkout. Hotel was okay... Not necessarily the 3 1/2 stars advertised. Quite dated but was suitable for business travel. Do not order room service because for me, it was cold and arrived the first time an hour and a half after ordering. "Somewhat surprised & impressed"

"Avoid if at all possible"
Extremely disappointing suggest you avoid. First check in line very long, only one employee at desk. Second all keys in hotel for all guests reset, very long wait to get back into room. Then we find our room not cleaned after we were out all day. So we ask twice to get it cleaned while we were out for dinner for 90 minutes and again not cleaned. Finally […] cleaned at 945pm by begrudging laundry dept worker. Last the food isn't very good, the beds uncomfortable. Suggest you try the Hilton next door, maybe better luck there.
